"Eliane helped to sell our home recently. This is our first time selling and there was a lot going on with life at the same time, too many moving parts and not enough bandwidth. Eliane has a good process and in-depth knowledge of our local market that helped us to go through this process step by step (and she helps many things directly). It significantly minimized our stress level and we all worked together as a team. What we are impressed most about Eliane is that she values the quality of her team’s service more than anything else. This reflects in the marketing brochures, pictures, and choice of staging company. She makes sure all the details are up to her standards, and everything counts in a competitive market. From my observation, most real estate agents are “good enough”, but Eliane is above and beyond.We also appreciate that Eliane is great at communication. She followed up with all the leads on our behalf. She also communicated with us in a timely manner, so we were aware of the status every step along the way. It’s a big-money high stake process, and it’s comforting that Eliane brought us to the “passenger seat” and explained things to us patiently.In the end, we are very satisfied that we chose to work with Eliane. "Highly highly recommend Elaine. We came across her through a Friends recommendation and we were so amazed by her responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge about the local area. Most importantly, it felt as if you had a guide 24/7 to guide through such a daunting process of home purchase. She came for the viewing of most of homes with us gave and gave honest feedback and guidance. She did not rush us through the process.
